My First Pair of OTK Boots!
I’m not really sure what’s wrong with me, but I now have the pleasure of owning my first pair of over-the-knee boots and I am literally in love. Due to the severe drop in Vegas temps, I styled them here with faux leather leggings, a turtleneck, and the longest cardigan I could find in my closet. They were so comfortable thanks to the low heel (I am by no means a stiletto girl) and fit my foot like a glove. I usually have a hard time with boots because I forget to leave space for my socks, so I sized up from my usual 8.5 to a 9 and they are PERFECTION.
I love all of the shoes in Restricted's lineup because they’re right up my alley - classic but with a twist. They take an everyday pair of shoes that we’re used to seeing and introduce it in a new print, a studded version, or an on-trend color. What drew me in to this specific pair of boots was the tie-up feature on the side to make them tighter over fitted pants or slouchier when I want to switch the look up. I chose black because it will always go with everything, and I know I can take them from the office to the city streets.
I’m excited to style them a billion ways. Because of their versatility, the possibilities are seriously endless. I’m picturing them with denim shorts or mini skirts in the summertime, or even under maxi skirts in the spring. Can’t wait to show these babies off a bit more this year!
